 Fr. J. Collin Poston, Pastor, joined St. Mary's community in July 2008. We are blessed to have such an energetic and reverent priest serving St. Mary's parish. Originally a native of the Western Vicariate of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Fr. Poston was ordained in May 2003, and has been happily serving ever since. Fr.  Fr. James Nirappel, Associate Pastor, has been serving St. Mary's Parish since July of 2006 as well as serving the Syro-Malibar Rite, Catholic community in Baltimore. A native of India, Fr. James enjoys cooking south Indian food, and playing badminton. Email Fr. James or call extension 113.
 Paula Bowers, Parish Secretary, has been working at St. Mary's for 31 years. We are blessed to have such a dedicated and caring secretary who is so knowledgeable about our community. Email Paula or call extension 110.
Deborah Carbaugh, Bookkeeper, is a life-long member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She is an active member of the Catholic Daughters of American and takes an active role in the Mercy Committee. Email Deb or call extension 126.
Connie Grimsley, Pastoral Visitation Coordinator, is a fourth generation St. Mary's parishioner. She is an alumna of St. Mary's School, mother to Rob & Bill Grimsley and has five grandchildren. She is passionate about caring for others and has been coordinating volunteers to visit parishioners unable to leave their homes and/or health care facilities for 8 years now.  Jan McCarter, C.C.D. Coordinator, has been a long-standing member at St. Mary's. She began helping out with the C.C.D. program as a classroom teacher and then stepped up as the administrator. She has a passion for children and St. Mary's Parish, as she and her husband Jim have watched their children grow up here and have fallen in love with the Hagerstown area. Email Jan or call ext. 129
Patricia McDermott, St. Mary School Principal, has a wonderful husband, and three beautiful children. She began her journey at St. Mary's as a teacher and has slowly moved toward administration. We are very blessed to have her as our principal, because Tricia is passionate about ever-improving the school and allowing our children the best possible environment to learn. Pam Miller, R.C.I.A. Coordinator, is also the music teacher at St. Mary's School. She graduated from Shepherd University with a music degree and has been passing on her passion for music and the Catholic Church ever since. Email Pam or call the school (301-733-1184) extension 200.
 Michael P. Morrell, Business Manager, became the first business manager of St. Mary's Parish in May 2007. Mike retired from a business career in 2003. He has been a member of St. Mary's since 1996. Email Mike or call extension 114.
Libby Saxton, Director of Liturgical Music & Ministries, has been with St. Mary's Parish since May 2007. She has been married for 3 years and just gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl. Irene Wunderlich, Coordinator of Youth, Young Adult, and Family Ministries, cares for her husband, 4 wonderful children when not working at St. Mary's Parish to build a solid youth program. With a degree in education and a love for theology and spirituality, Irene brings a unique and comprehensive vision to youth ministry that reaches into the school and CCD religious education programs.
